Register or Pay for a Class/Event

My child has permission to participate in Teaching Little Children programs. I waive any right to claim against TLC owners, staff, and teachers in the event of accident, injury or loss of personal items. In the event photographs are taken which include my child, I grant TLC the right to use photographs and/or the likeness of my child in their promotional materials including videos, photos and display boards. I understand that there will be no compensation to myself or child. I agree to pay monthly tuition in advance for my child's enrollment.

I have read the TLC Policies and Procedures. Any changes to this statement or omission of parent/guardian signature will automatically void this registration and your child will not participate in a TLC program. Students whose accounts are in arrears for any reason by the end of the month are not able to participate and no adjustments will be made for missed classes.

Class Registration Fees are as follows:

• Level 1 Classes (45-50 minutes): Registration Fee $14 + First Month $48 = $62
• Level 2 Classes (60 minutes): Registration Fee $14 + First Month $54 = $68
• Combo Classes (90 minutes): Registration Fee $14 + First Month $86 = $100
