Mat Pilates

A one hour Pilates class that will teach you the basic principles and fundamentals of Pilates, while engaging your core and lengthening and toning your muscles. This class will incorporate the breath and establish a mind-body connection. All levels welcome.

Tuesdays at 10am

$10/class reserved or walk-in (if space is available)

Adult Ballet

A class specifically designed for adults and older teens who have always wanted to learn ballet basics while toning. Abdominal conditioning is implemented as well. Dress Code – Comfortable exercise clothing and ballet shoes
