Policies

Sign up on the TLC roster at your child’s school. Enrollment begins when the first class is taken. A student not registered after the third class is not able to participate until registration has been received. TLC is not responsible for classes missed due to registrations left at your school. Late start students still send first months tuition and registration fee. Adjustments will be made and credit given as soon as possible.

DAYCARE EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT:
Registration 1/2 price ($14.00). There is no discount on tuition.

A TLC payment book will be mailed after registration has been received. If payment book is not received within two weeks of mailing registration, please contact TLC.

Monthly fees are due on the first of each month. Payments received after the 8th will be charged a $5.00 late fee. Payments must be mailed to the TLC office. TLC teachers are not authorized to accept registration and/or payments. For your convenience, credit cards are accepted. (Payments can be made here)

Students whose accounts are delinquent BY THE END OF EACH MONTH ARE NOT ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND NO ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR MISSED CLASSES.

Withdrawal notification must be made in writing to the TLC office prior to the beginning of a new month. Your child will continue to be included in class and charges will be incurred until notification is received in our office. Fax to: (770) 590-4237 or e-mail to: tlcgroup@mindspring.com

For the benefit of the class, certain behavior is expected of all students. If all efforts to satisfy this goal fail, TLC reserves the option to withdraw student from the class.
